]]> Biaxial Voca carbon reeds for the original reed valve. Biaxial carbon of the highest quality, 0.35mm thick, is used for Yamaha RD 350 type reed valves. Also valid for MRP reed valves and Pinasco direct admission cylinders for Vespa. 0.35mm is the recommended thickness for preparations with an original reed valve. This Biaxial material guarantees a very high level of resistance and a fast opening / closing of the reeds. A good carbon maintains the durability and lightness of the steel sheets. Increase the resistance of fiberglass sheets. And thanks to the stiffness offered by carbon it has unbeatable stability at high revolutions, which avoids the vibrations of the sheet, favoring that it can reach higher rpm. At the same time, the carbon sheets offer a stable behavior at low revolutions. At the moment of maximum wear, the fibers of the tips are broken, which can be expelled by the engine without further problems. ]]> The reed valve system for Minarelli AM6 (KTM SX 65 till 2008) has been designed to offer exceptional durability and significantly improve the performance of your bike. The unique design of the VForce reed valve system features twice the surface of the reed tip over a conventional reed valve design. This has two main benefits:

1) Reed petals only have to move half the distance as a conventional reed valve design to obtain the same flow of air.

2) Because sheet petals only need to move half the distance, there is a greater chance that they open fully, as well as a better sealing when they are “closed”, getting more power, and a noticeable change of the gas response.

NOTE: Recommended for tuned engines for competition.

]]> The new Vforce 4R reed valve for HONDA CR 80 / CR 85 1980-2007 has been designed to offer exceptional durability and significantly improve the performance of your bike. The unique design of the VForce reed valve system features twice the surface of the reed tip over a conventional reed valve design. This has two main benefits:
